Mapuje základní charakteristiky stáří, přibližuje pojmy jako stereotypy a předsudky o stáří, ageismus, supervize. Empirická část je zaměřená na vyjádření názorů a postojů pracovníků a jejich klientů na fenomén stáří a zjišťuje determinanty, jimiž byly tyto názory ovlivněny. Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of aging from the perspective of seniors who use social services and from the perspective of staff who are working in those social care facilities.
