Oponent Eliška Vrabcová Abstract Téma "Zaměstnávání uživatelů sociálních služeb Slunečnice, z.s." pojednává o sociálních službách sociální rehabilitace a sociálně terapeutické dílny v Cestě do světa, pobočném spolku Slunečnice, z.s., které se zaměřují na rozvoj a získávání pracovních a souvisejících dovedností. Hlavní důraz je tedy kladen na to, jak tyto získané dovednosti a návyky ovlivňují bývalé a současné uživatele služeb v úspěšnosti při hledání zaměstnání z pohledu zaměstnanců organizace. Cílem práce bylo posoudit význam služeb poskytovaných organizací Slunečnice, z.s. vzhledem k zaměstnávání uživatelů těchto služeb, a to v kontextu otevřeného trhu práce i mimo něj. Práce se věnuje specifikaci cílové skupiny, sociálním službám určeným pro osoby se zdravotním postižením a zmíněnému významu služeb pro zaměstnávání jejich uživatelů. Poukazuje na důležitá rizika a překážky zaměstnávání lidí s postižením a na to, jakou roli v této souvislosti má přístup pracovníků v přímé práci s uživateli. The topic "Employment of Users of Social Services Slunečnice, z.s." deals with social services of social rehabilitation and social therapy workshops in Cesta do světa, a branch association Slunečnice, z.s., which focus on the development and acquisition of work and related skills. The main emphasis is placed on how these acquired skills and habits affect former and current service users in their job search success from the perspective of the organization's employees. The aim of the work was to assess the importance of services provided by Slunečnice, z.s. due to the employment of users of these services, both in the context of the open labor market and beyond. The thesis deals with the specification of the target group, social services intended for people with disabilities and the mentioned importance of services for the employment of their users.
