Note Lic. smlouva Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním poradenstvím, které je nedílnou a základní součástí systému sociálních služeb a stavem hmotné nouze, který je podmínkou pro nárok na poskytnutí příspěvku na živobytí a v návaznosti též doplatku na bydlení. Cílem analýzy je zaměřit se na potřeby osob, které se ocitnou v nepříznivé sociální situaci, zda jsou prostřednictvím sociálních pracovníků dostatečně uspokojovány, jakým způsobem lze řešit jejich problémy či zda se snaží zvýšit si příjem vlastním přičiněním. V závěru se tato práce zabývá zhodnocením současného stavu problematiky hmotné nouze a návrhem systémových doporučení, která by vedla k úpravě zákona č.111/2006 Sb., o pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Bachelors essay deals with social counselling, which is the crucial and basic part of the social system and with the state of material poverty, which is the condition for entitlement for granting the living allowance and in its consequence housing supplement also. The goal of analysis is to focus on the needs of persons in the state of negative social situation. It seeks answers for the following questions: Are their needs adequately met? Are there ways to solve their problems? Are they trying to increase their income in their own way?
