Oponent Ivana Kratochvílová Abstract Bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části pojednává o rodině jako o faktoru, podílejícím se na vzniku kriminálního a delikventního jednání. Současně předkládá informace o dalších souvisejících faktorech, jež často vedou k páchání trestné činnosti. Těmito faktory jsou zejména návykové látky, nezaměstnanost, dluhy, život v sociálně vyloučené lokalitě a sociální skupiny. V práci jsou charakterizovány základní pojmy vztahující se k rodině, výchově, kriminalitě a delikvenci. Pozornost je rovněž věnována výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, včetně vymezení jeho základních funkcí. Dále je v práci stručně osvětlena Vězeňská služba České republiky, jako bezpečnostní složka, která výkon trestu odnětí svobody zajišťuje. Nedílnou součástí bakalářské práce je její výzkumná část. V úvodu výzkumné části je stručně popsána Věznice Všehrdy, kde byl realizován sběr dat. Dále je zde charakterizován výzkumný vzorek a popsány použité výzkumné metody a techniky. Cíl výzkumu spočíval v identifikaci familiárních a jiných sociálních faktorů vedoucích k páchání trestné činnosti. Závěr výzkumné části se věnuje interpretaci získaných dat a diskuzi. The bachelor thesis in its theoretical part deals with the family as a factor involved in the emergence of criminal and delinquent behavior. At the same time, it presents information on other related factors that often lead to the commission of crimes. These factors are mainly addictive substances, unemployment, debts, life in a socially excluded locality and social groups. The thesis characterizes the basic concepts related to family, upbringing, crime and delinquency. Attention is also paid to the execution of a custodial sentence, including the definition of its basic functions. Furthermore, the work briefly explains the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, as a security force that ensures the execution of a prison sentence. An integral part of the bachelor thesis is its research part. At the beginning of the research part, the Všehrdy Prison is briefly described, where data collection was carried out. Furthermore, the research sample is characterized and the research methods and techniques used are described. The aim of the research was to identify familial and other social factors leading to the commission of crime.
