Oponent Radek Timoftej Abstract Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení trendů a komparace brownfieldů agrárního charakteru na území Litoměřicka. Na základě vlastního šetření bylo popsáno celkem 42 objektů brownfieldů, které byly následně pomocí statistických metod porovnány. První část práce se zabývá vymezením základní problematiky brownfieldů, jejich trendů, regenerace, popisem venkova a jeho vývoje. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na zmapování a porovnání brownfieldů v tomto okresu. Součástí této kapitoly je výše zmíněná komparace, vyhodnocení trendů a jejich výstupy. V závěru práce jsou popsány revitalizované objekty a také vyhodnocení vlastních výstupů. The topic of bachelor thesis is the evaluation of trends and comparison of brownfields of agriculture character in the Litoměřice region. Based on our own survey, a total of 42 brownfield objects were described, which were further compared using statistical methods. The first part deals with the definition of the basic issues of brownfields, their trends, regeneration, description of the countryside and its development. The second part of the work is focused on mapping and comparing brownfields in this district. Part of this chapter is the above mentioned comparison, evaluation of trends and their outputs.
