Cílem práce je objasnit podoby praktického fungování komunitního rozvoje ve vymezeném zájmovém území. Za tímto účelem je na základě datového podkladu poskytnutého Ústeckou komunitní nadací a dalších kritérií identifikován vzorek aktérů a následně uskutečněn kvalitativní výzkum v podobě rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty. V rámci tohoto šetření jsou zjišťovány okolnosti působení zvolených aktérů, náplň jejich činnosti, motivace k ní vedoucí či bariéry takovou činnost omezující. This thesis deals with community development and its actors in selected districts of the Ústí Region. The thesis aims to clarify the practical functioning of community development within the defined area of interest. For this purpose, based on the data provided by the Ústí Community Foundation and other criteria, a sample of actors is identified, and subsequently, qualitative research in the form of interviews with selected respondents is conducted. Within this investigation, the circumstances of the chosen actors' activities, the scope of their activities, the motivations leading to them, and the barriers limiting such activities are examined.
