Oponent Katarína Čavojská Abstract Diplomová práce se věnuje zjištění, zda a jakým způsobem je Case Management uplatnitelný při práci sociálního kurátora ve Středočeském kraji. V současné době využívají kurátoři teorii spíše v podobě koordinované péče v rámci případu, kde je klíčový vztah mezi pracovníkem a klientem. Diplomová práce především cílí na zjištění, zda a jakým způsobem je Case Management uplatnitelný. Vedlejší účel spočívá v odhalení možností a limitů teorie Case Management při praxi sociální kurately. The diploma thesis is devoted to finding out whether and how Case Management is applicable in the work of a social curator in the Central Bohemian Region. Currently, curators use the theory rather in the form of coordinated care within the case, where the relationship between worker and client is key. The diploma thesis primarily aims to find out whether and how Case Management is applicable.
