Oponent Jaroslav Říčan Abstract Diplomová práce Aspekty sebepojetí identity u studentů pomáhajících profesí pojednává o aspektech pojetí svojí vlastí identity u studentů profesí, které se u nás označují jako pomáhající. Právě pomáhající profese jsou jedním z pilířů správně fungující moderní společnosti, počínaje zdravotnictvím, přes pedagogické a psychologicky orientované disciplíny lidské činnosti, až po sociální práci a charitativně dobrovolnickou sféru. U pracovníků v těchto profesích se však předpokládají nejen získané profesní kompetence, ale i velice specifický set osobnostních charakteristik a rysů, které jsou v podstatě podmínkou správného vykonávání těchto profesí. V rámci empirické části práce jsme pomocí standardizovaného výzkumného nástroje Aspects of Identity Questionnaire zjišťovali orientaci v sebepojetí vlastní identity u respondentů (N = 150), kteří jsou studenty vysokoškolských oborů spadajících pod rámec pomáhajících profesí. Závěr práce je tvořen analýzou a porovnáním výsledků orientace sebepojetí identity našich respondentů a předpokládaných osobnostních rysů pro úspěšný výkon pomáhajících profesí. The diploma thesis The aspects of self-identity of students of helping professions deal with the aspects of self-perception of identity of students of professions that we call the helping professions. The helping professions are one of the pillars of a functioning modern society, including healthcare, education, psychological disciplines, social work, and various volunteer activities. Those working in these professions are not only required to be competent in their selected professions but also to have a very specific set of personality traits, that are, in a way, a requirement to work properly in that specific environment. In the empiric part of this thesis, we used the standardized research tool, the Aspects of Identity Questionnaire. This tool allowed us to measure the orientation of self-identities among our 150 respondents. All of our respondents are enrolled in university programs that train future workers in the helping professions. The conclusion of this thesis consists of an analysis and comparison of the identity orientation results of our respondents and what would be expected to be found among successful workers in the helping professions.
