Oponent Helena Vychová Abstract Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na adaptační proces osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Zvolené téma je zpracované z pohledu a zkušeností zaměstnavatelů, kteří zaměstnávají osoby se zdravotním postižením, pracovníků institucí, působící v této oblasti, a zaměstnanců se statutem OZP. Hlavním cílem této práce je rozbor adaptačních procesů ve firmách zaměstnávající OZP, a zjištěné poznatky dále využít pro zpracování možných opatření na jeho zlepšení. V rámci výzkumného šetření se zaměřuji na oblast motivací, bariér, přizpůsobení pracovních podmínek a nastavení adaptačního procesu ve firmách. Potřebná data jsou získána prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumného šetření, kde jsem zvolila techniku polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. The diploma thesis deals with the adaption proces of people with disabilities in the labor market. The chosen topic is elaborated from the point of view and experiences of employers who employ persons with disabilities, employees of institutions operate in this area and employees with the status of PWD. The main aim of the thesis is analysis of the adaption proces in companies who employ people with the status of PWD and the findings that we have found out to be used for the elaboration of possible measures to improve the adaptation process of PWD in the labor market. As part of the research survey, I focus on the area of motivations, barriers, adaptation of working conditions and setting up the adaptation process in companies.
