Oponent Jan Kresta Abstract Tato práce se zabývá analýzou zajištěných výsledků fyzických testů uchazečů k Policii České republiky provedených v rámci Krajského ředitelství Ústeckého kraje v letech 2015 - 2019. V teoretické části práce je popsána struktura policie a jejich jednotlivých částí. Je popsáno přijímací řízení k Policii České republiky. Dále se v teoretické části věnujeme pohybovým schopnostem a výkonnosti při sportovním výkonu. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje metodice výzkumu, sběru dat a analýze výsledků fyzických testů uchazečů v jednotlivých letech a v jednotlivých disciplínách. Cílem práce je analyzovat výsledky uchazečů k Policii ČR v letech 2015 - 2019 na základě výsledků fyzických testů přijímacího řízení. This work deals with the analysis of the secured results of physical tests of applicants to the Police of the Czech Republic performed within the Regional Directorate of the Ústí Region in the years 2015 - 2019. The theoretical part describes the structure of the police and their individual parts. There is also described the admission procedure to the Police of the Czech Republic. Furthermore, in the theoretical part, we focus on physical abilities and performance in sports performance. The research part of the thesis deals with the methodology of research, data collection and analysis of the results of physical tests of applicants in individual years and in individual disciplines. The aim of the work is to analyse the results of applicants to the Police of the Czech Republic in the years 2015 - 2019 based on the results of physical tests of the admission procedure.
