Oponent Petr Bláha Abstract Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza voleb do Senátu Parlamentu České republiky a Senátu Polska z pohledu reprezentace žen. V teoretické části zaměřím na představení Senátů obou zemí a zaměřím se především na volby do této komory Parlamentu. Dále se budu zabývat faktory, které ovlivňují počet žen v politice. V analytické části práce provedu analýzu kandidátů do Senátu obou zemí s ohledem na počet kandidujících žen. Dále provedu analýzu výsledků senátních voleb. V závěru diplomové práce provedu srovnání obou zemí. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the senatorial elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic and the senate of Poland focusing the perspective on women's representation in them. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on an introduction of both countries' Senates and their elections. Next, I address the factors that affect the number of women in politics. The analytical part consists of an analysis of candidates for the Senate from both countries with regard to ,the number of women amongst them. Furthermore, I analyze the senatorial elections' results. The diploma thesis conclusion focuses on a comparison of both countries' results. Another responsib.
