Vedoucí práce Jitka Vaněčková Abstract Tématem diplomové práce je analýza výkonnosti uchazečů k Policii České republiky v letech 2013 - 2018 v Libereckém kraji. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána Policie České republiky, policie v Libereckém kraji a přijímací řízení k Policii České republiky. Dále se teoretická část zabývá pohybovým schopnostem, příčinám selhání při fyzických testech a možnostech přípravy na přijímací řízení. Výzkumná část práce se věnuje metodice této práce a analýze výsledků jednotlivých disciplín fyzických testů. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat výkonnost uchazečů k Policii České republiky v Libereckém kraji v letech 2013 až 2018 a potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu. The theme of the diploma thesis is a performance analysis of applicants for jobs at the Police of the Czech Republic in the Liberec region between the years 2013 and 2018. The thesis consists of two parts: the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part the Police of the Czech Republic and the Police department in the Liberec region are described as well as the admission procedure to the Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is also concerned with motoric abilities, reasons for failure at the physical tests and possibilities of preparation for the admission procedure. The practical research part of the thesis is engaged with methodology of the work and analysis of the results of each discipline in the physical testing. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the performance of the applicants for jobs at the Police of the Czech Republic in the Liberec region between 2013 and 2018 and affirm or disprove the hypothesis.
