Smyslem je přiblížit a na praktických příkladech demonstrovat výzkumníkovi, jak lze jednoduše testovat svá data v tomto prostředí. Obsahem je také popis některých pokročilých možnosti práce s biologickými daty. Výzkumník se seznámí postupně se základními principy programování, syntaxí jazyka R, vizuální aplikací RKWard i potřebnou literaturou. Také se základními a oblíbenými, rozšiřujícími balíčky pro vyhodnocování statistických jednorozměrných, v náznaku s vícerozměrnými daty a jejich častými úskalími. V neposlední řadě práce též obsahuje základy propojení prostředí R s jazykem Python, jak naprogramovat citace v jazyku R i postup, jak programovat automatické skripty na platformách Linux a Windows. This Labor provide the basic introduction to the matters of programming in surrounding R in the context biologic data processing. The intent of this labor is describe and on the practical examples demonstrating for the researcher how to simply testing the facts in this surrounding. One part of this labor describes some advanced possibilities of the work with biologic facts. The researcher will be acquainted step by step with the basic principles of programming, the syntax of R language, visual aplication RKWard and with the necessarily literature. In next part are the popular extending packets for scoring of the statistic one-dimensional and multidimensional data and their often difficulty. One of the important parts are the basics of link R surrounding with Python language, how to program citation in R language, how to program automatical script in platforms Linux and Windows.
