Oponent Kamila Madarová Abstract Standardní postup při užívání extenčního operačního stolu včetně příslušenství z pohledu sestry. Cílem bakalářské práce je sepsat standardní postup při používání operačního stolu a jeho příslušenství. Součástí práce je zmapovat manipulaci perioperačního personálu při překladu a polohování pacienta. Sběr dat proběhl pozorováním a rozhovorem. Zúčastněným pozorováním vysledovat, jestli nedochází k neúmyslnému poškození pacienta, a naopak se dodržují veškeré bezpečnostní normy. Vzhledem k tomu, že je dostupný pouze návod k obsluze stolu a návod k obsluze jednotlivého extenčního příslušenství, rozhodla jsem se polostrukturovaným rozhovorem zjistit, podle čeho se postupuje při samotné manipulaci. Pozorování proběhlo v prostředí 2 traumatologických operačních sálů při operacích zlomenin kosti stehenní. Respondentů bylo 6 a byli vybráni podle toho, kteří byli přítomni u požadované operace. Jednalo se o sálové sanitáře, vzhledem k tomu, že pacienty polohují převážně oni. Sběr dat proběhl od září 2018 až do února 2019. Získané informace slouží k vyhodnocení a sepsání problémů, které se vyskytly. Řešením bylo standardizovat postup a snaha jej striktně dodržovat. Standard procedure for using an extended operating table including accessories from the nurse's point of view. The aim of this thesis is to write a standard procedure for using the operating table and its accessories. Part of the work is to map manipulation of perioperative personnel during translation and positioning of the patient. Data was collected by observation and interview. Observe the participant observations for any unintentional damage to the patient and all safety standards. Since only the operating instructions for the table and the operating instructions for the individual extension accessories are available, I decided to use a semi-structured interview to find out what to do with the handling. The observation was carried out in the environment of 2 traumatological operating theaters during surgery of femur bone fractures. The respondents were 6 and were selected according to who was present for the desired operation. Data collection took place from September 2018 until February 2019.
