Vedoucí práce Alena Kohlová Abstract Na úvod se v této práci zabývám tématikou historie intenzivní péče a strukturou Jednotky Intenzivní péče. Poté popisuji pojem vědomí a jeho poruchy. Cílem práce, bylo vypracovat přehledový článek na téma Metody hodnocení stavu vědomí. Na začá?tek popisuji metodiku sběru dat a následně jejich analýzu, kde lze nalézt škály jako je, Glasgow Coma Scale a Full Outline of UnResponsiveness Score. V souvislosti s těmito škálami jsem uvedla i Richmond Agitation- Sedation Scale a Riker Sedation- Agitation Scale, které se zabývají hodnocením sedace pacientů. V diskuzi se pak zabývám jejich porovnáním a využitím na Jednotkách Intenzivní Péče. Na závěr uvádím, co jsem touto prací dosáhla a doporučení pro praxi. In the beginning I deal with the topic of intensive care history and the structure of the Intensive Care Unit. Then I describe the concept of consciousness and its disorders. The aim of this work was to elaborate an overview article on Methods of Assessment of Consciousness. To begin with, I describe the data collection methodology and then analyze it, where scales such as Glasgow Coma Scale and Full Outline of UnResponsiveness Score can be found. In connection with these scales, I have listed the Richmond Agitation-Sedation Scale and the Riker Sedation-Agitation Scale, which deal with patient sedation. In the discussion I deal with their comparison and use on Intensive Care Units. In conclusion, I mention what I have achieved with this work and recommendations for practice. Another responsib.
