Oponent Lucie Libešová Abstract Bakalářská práce na téma Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s Kahlerovou nemocí se zabývá řešením problematiky péče o pacienta s Kahlerovou nemocí v jeho přirozeném domácím prostředí a v různých etapách tohoto onemocnění. Zaměřuje se na jednotlivé aspekty života pacienta. Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky domácí ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s Kahlerovou nemocí s ohledem na individuální specifika pacienta a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou pomocí modelu Funkčních vzorců zdraví M. Gordon. Výsledky jsou vyhodnoceny za pomoci Omaha systému. Závěrem práce je vytvoření edukačního materiálu, který by měl posloužit blízkým pacienta a pacientovi samotnému jako základní orientace v problematice Kahlerovi nemoci. The bachelor thesis on complex nursing care for a patient with Kahler's disease deals with the issue of care for a patient with Kahler's disease in its natural home environment and at various stages of this disease. It focuses on individual aspects of life of the patient. The aim of this work is to contribute to the solution of the issue of home nursing care for a patient with Kahler's disease regarding the individual specifics of the patient and processing the case report of the patient with this diagnosis using the Gordon's functional health patterns. Results are evaluated using the Omaha system. The conclusion of the thesis is the creation of educational material which should serve as a basic orientation in the problem of Kahler's disease for the patient and his relatives. Another responsib.
