Oponent Lucie Libešová Abstract Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Domácí péče o pacienta/klienta po cévní mozkové příhodě" věnuje pozornost specifikám ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta/klienta po cévní mozkové příhodě v domácím prostředí. Teoretická část práce popisuje: definici onemocnění, její rozdělení, rizikové faktory, vznik, klinické příznaky, následky a prevenci. Zbytek teoretické části se týká specifik domácí péče o pacienta/klienta po CMP a definici koncepčního modelu fungujícího zdraví dle Marjory Gordonové. Praktická část obsahuje vypracovanou kazuistiku pacienta/klienta po ischemické cévní mozkové příhodě. Pro sběr anamnestických údajů byl použit model fungujícího zdraví dle Marjory Gordonové, a vybrané problémy, intervence a cíle dle klasifikačního systému ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA 2015-2017. Cílem této bakalářské práce je přispět ke zlepšení péče o tyto pacienty v domácím prostředí a napomoci tak k brzkému a celkovému zotavení. Dále se zaměřit na to, jaké změny nastaly u člověka, kterého tato příhoda postihla, jaké si nese následky a jak na jeho nemoc reagovalo okolí. Zohledněna je především psychika postiženého na toto onemocnění a zátěž pečujících v domácím prostředí. Výstupem této práce je stručný návrh doporučení pro neformální pečující při péči o jejich blízké po CMP. Hlavním cílem práce je poukázat, že poskytování péče rodinným příslušníkem v domácím prostředí je pro pacienta/klienta po CMP ta nejpřívětivější možnost. The topic of my Bachelor thesis is "Home care for a patient/client after a stroke" This thesis pays attention to the specificts of nursing care for a patient/client after a stroke in home environment. The theoretical part of the work describes: the definition of the illness, its distribution, risk factors, clinical signs, emergence, consequences, and prevention. The rest of the theoretical part is dedicated to the home care for a patient/client after a stroke and the definition of the conceptual model of functioning health according to Marjory Gordon. The practical part includes a parallel drawn up by the patient/client after ischemic stroke. For Anamnestic data collection was selected model of a functioning health according to Marjory Gordon, and certain issues, interventions and objectives according to the classification scheme of the NANDA nursing diagnoses 2015-2017. The focus of this Bachelor thesis is contribution to improve the care for patients in a home environment and helps to ensure a fast and total recovery. Next topic of my work is to focus on what changes have occurred in human body, what are the consequences of this illness and how patients/clients family and relatives reacted. Taken into account is primary the mental state of the patient/client and his reaction on this illness and burden for relatives or people looking after patient/ client in a home environment. The outcome of this work is to present a basic plan for non medicly educated carers in helping and carring for a family member after a stroke. The main objective of this work is to show an option of taking care for a patient after a stroke in home environment and show that this option is one of the best choices for the patient.
