Vedoucí práce Jan Tirpák Abstract Cílem bakalářské práce s názvem "Analýza životní spokojenosti pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí" je zjistit a porovnat životní spokojenost u pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí v závislosti na délce jejich praxe. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. V teoretické části se zabýváme oblastí životní spokojenosti v závislosti na vykonávané profesi a problematikou sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Cílem empirického šetření je za použití standardizovaného šetření pomocí Dotazníku životní spokojenosti (Fahrenberg; Myrtek; Schumacher; Brähler, 2001) zjistit, nalézt a porovnat životní spokojenost u pracovníků sociálně právní ochrany dětí v závislosti na délce jejich praxe. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří 84 respondentů. Pro statistické vyhodnocení dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením bylo využito příslušného typu t-testu pro komparaci aritmetických průměrů dvou nezávislých výběrů dat. Z vyhodnocení vyplývá, že nebyly zjištěny zásadní rozdíly u vybraných skupin respondentů. The aim of the bachelor thesis entitled ,,Analysis of Life Satisfaction of Employees of Social and Legal protection of children" is to find out and compare life satisfaction among workers of social and legal protection of children depending on the length of their practice. The bachelor thesis consists of theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the area of life satisfaction depending on the profession and the issue of social and legal protection of children. The aim of the empirical survey is to find out, find and compare life satisfaction among employees of social and legal protection of children, depending on the length of their practice, using a standardized survey of life satisfaction questionnaire (Fahrenberg; Myrtek; Schumacher; Brähler, 2001). The research sample consists of 84 respondents. For the statistical evaluation of the data obtained by the questionnaire survey, the appropriate type of t-test was used to compare the arithmetic means of two independent data selections.
