Oponent Václav Novák Abstract Dopady postindustriální transformace společnosti po roce 1989 vedly téměř k zániku textilního průmyslu v Ústeckém kraji. Připomínkou dříve rozvinutého textilního průmyslu je množství textilních areálů, které jsou v nemálo případech zdevastovány a jsou charakterizovány jako brownfieldy. Diplomová práce shrnuje příčiny vedoucí ke vzniku opuštěných areálů a zabývá se hlavně analýzou a inventarizací bývalých továrních objektů textilního průmyslu v Ústeckém kraji. Součástí práce je bodové hodnocení deseti vybraných objektů vlastní zvolenou metodou. Pomocí bodového vyhodnocení lze rozřadit objekty k dalšímu využití. The impact of postindustrial transformation of the society after the year 1989, has almost lead to the extinction of the textile industry in Usti region. A reminder of previously developed textile industry is a number of textile sites, that are, in a number of cases, devoted and they are characterized as brownfields. This diploma thesis summarizes the reasons, which lead to the origin of abandoned sites and mainly deals with the analysis and inventory of former factory buildings, of the textile industry in Usti region. The part of this thesis is the point rating of 10 selected objects by the own chosen method. Using point rating is possible to divide these objects for the future use. Another responsib.
