Oponent Eva Šalanská Abstract Tématem této bakalářské práce je domácí péče porodní asistentky u ženy v šestinedělí, která pojednává o tom, zda jsou ženy informovány o poskytování domácí péči před a po porodu. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje rozdělení šestinedělí, jeho patologiím a oblastem, na které by se měla porodní asistentka zaměřit a o nichž by měla ženy edukovat v domácí péči. Dále je zaměřena na význam primární a komunitní péče a poskytování domácí péče v ČR. Praktická část obsahuje metodiku práce a vyhodnocení praktické části pomocí vypracovaných dotazníků získaných od anonymních respondentek. Je zaměřená na kvantitativní průzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit, do jaké míry jsou ženy informovány o domácí péči prováděné porodní asistentkou, zda by o tuto péči měly zájem a zda se jim zdá služba přínosná. The theme of this bachelor work is the domestic care of a midwife for women in the postpartum period, which is about whether women are informed about the provision of home care before and after birth. It is divided into theoretical and empirici. The theoretical part is dedicated to the distribution of the postpartum period, its pathology and areas that should be the midwife focus and which should women educate in home care. Furthermore, it is focused on the importance of primary and community care and the provision of home care in the Czech republic. The empirical part includes the methodology of work and evaluation of the research of using prepared questionnaires received from the anonymous respondents. It is focused on the quantitative survey, the aim of which is to find out to what extent women are informed about home care by a midwife, whether this care be interested in and whether it seems to them the service benefits.
