Oponent Margaréta Šulcová Abstract Kvalifikační práce s názvem "Komparace péče nemocného s roztroušenou sklerózou v České republice a Německu" je zaměřena na ošetřování nemocného v domácí péči, ale také na vznik a průběh nemoci samotné. Práce se dále soustředí na zkvalitnění života nemocného a jeho rodiny v domácím prostředí. Teoretická část zahrnuje: získané poznatky z anatomie centrálního nervového systému a jeho funkce, definici onemocnění a informace o rizikových faktorech, výskytu a chování nemoci, diagnostické metody a léčby od historie až po současnou moderní terapii. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak je odlišná péče o pacienty s RS v domácím prostředí v České republice a Německu, a také získat co nejvyšší spolupráci obou respondentů. U obou pacientů byla diagnostikovaná sekundárně chronicko-progresivní forma RS, ale každý měl jiný přístup ke své nemoci i životu. Rozhodla jsem se porovnat rozdíly v domácí péči i spolupráci obou klientů. V obou ošetřovatelských kazuistikách byl zvolený model Marjory Gordonové. The qualifying work titled "Comparison of Care of a Multiple Sclerosis Patient in the Czech Republic and Germany" is focused on treating a patient in home care, but also on the origin and course of the disease itself. The work will also focus on ways of improving the life of the patient and his family in the home environment. The theoretical part includes acquired knowledge of the anatomy of the central nervous system and its function, the definition of disease and information of risk factors, the incidence and behavior of the disease, diagnostic methods and treatment from history to contemporary modern therapy. The aim of this work is to find out what difference is in taking care of patients with MS in the home environment in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The aim is also to get the highest cooperation of both respondents. Both patients were diagnosed with a secondary chronically progressive MS, but each had a different approach to their illness and life.
