Oponent Daniel Kroupa Abstract Cílem diplomové práce je analýza nejdůležitějších koncepcí lidských práv, v rámci politické filozofie, u jednotlivých členů Charty 77. Prvním bodem je teoretický výklad jednotlivých koncepcí pro snadnější uchopení tématu. Stěžejním bodem diplomové práce je analýza koncepcí, která přináší výklad jejich práce a zhodnocení, jakým způsobem jejich koncepce přispěla k fungování Charty 77 v boji za lidská práva. Dále se práce zabývá porovnáním jednotlivých koncepcí. Posledním bodem je diskuze nad lidskými právy pro roce 1989. Zhodnocení jejich vývoje a jakým způsobem se přenesly po roce 1989 do sféry právní i společenské. The aim of my diploma thesis is to analyze the most important concepts of human rights, within the framework of political philosophy, in individual members of Charter 77. The first point is the theoretical interpretation of individual concepts for easier grasping of the topic. The main point of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the concepts, which provides an interpretation of their work and an assessment of how their concept contributed to the functioning of Charter 77 in the fight for human rights. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the comparison of individual concepts. The last point is the discussion of human rights for 1989.
