Vedoucí práce Michal Vostrý Abstract Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou drogově závislých. Skládá ze dvou částí. V první teoretické části jsou uvedeny základními pojmy, rozdělení návykových látek a jejich účinky na člověka. Dále se zabývá příčinami vzniku závislosti, druhy léčby a ergoterapeutickým procesem, kterým drogově závislý klient prochází. Ve druhé praktické části je popsán ergoterapeutický proces u kazuistik dvou klientů v období hospitalizace v psychiatrické nemocnici. Cílem této práce je popsat problematiku závislosti na návykových látkách, možnosti léčby závislosti a uplatnění ergoterapeutické intervence u drogově závislých. Při této intervenci ergoterapeut využívá aktivit a činnosti k navrácení soběstačnosti klienta do běžného života. Na oba klienty měla ergoterapeutická intervence pozitivní vliv. Závěrem této práce je zhodnocení výsledku intervence a další možná doporučení u kazuistik obou klientů. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of drug addicts. It consists of two parts, in the first theoretical part it deals with basic concepts, distribution of addictive substances and their effects on humans. It also deals with the causes of addiction, the types of treatment and the ergotherapeutic process which the drug dependent client is going through. In the second practical part is described the ergotherapeutic process in cases of two clients during hospitalization at a psychiatric hospital. The aim of this work is to describe problems of dependence on addictive substances, possibilities of treatment of dependence and application of ergotherapeutic intervention in drug addicts. During this intervention, the occupational therapist uses activities and working activities to restore the client's self-sufficiency to everyday life. Both ergoterapeutical interventions had a positive impact on both clients. The conclusion of this work is the evaluation of the outcome of the intervention and other possible recommendations in case reports of both clients. Another responsib.
