Oponent Tomáš Oravec Abstract Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda by v malých městech (počtem obyvatel do 30 000 občanů) měl úspěch provoz kulturního zařízení kabaretního typu. Kabaretní podniky v současnosti stále více získávají na popularitě, obzvláště ve velkých městech, proto se autorka rozhodla vypracovat výzkum na toto téma a potvrdit, či vyvrátit hypotézy s tématem spojené. V práci je zmapováno kulturní vyžití tří vybraných menších měst, je vytvořena simulace podnikatelského záměru realizace zařízení kabaretního typu a je zpracován kvantitativní výzkum. Tento výzkum byl realizován formou strukturovaného dotazníku, na základě odpovědí anonymních respondentů byl vyhodnocen a na těchto závěrech byly diskutovány definované hypotézy. Z pohledu autorky má tato práce velký význam také pro zjištění situace kulturního vyžití obyvatel v menších městech a obcích, a jejich případných sekundárním stěhováním do kulturně bohatších měst. The aim of this work is to find out whether the operation of a cabaret-type cultural facility would be successful in small towns (population of up to 30,000). Cabaret enterprises are increasingly gaining popularity, especially in large cities, so the author has decided to develop research on this topic and confirm whether to rebut hypotheses on the subject. In the work is mapped out the cultural activities of three selected smaller towns, a simulation of the business plan for the implementation of cabaret-type facilities and a quantitative research. This research was carried out in the form of a structured questionnaire, based on the answers of the anonymous respondents, was evaluated and the defined hypotheses were discussed in these conclusions. From the point of view of the author, this work is also very important for determining the situation of the cultural enjoyment of the inhabitants in smaller towns and municipalities, and their possible secondary migration to culturally richer cities.
