Oponent Renata Šikulová Abstract Anotace Práce je zaměřena na problematiku asistenta pedagoga a jeho kompetence. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se věnuje historickému vývoji českého škol-ství, současnému školskému systému a strategii rozvoje školství. Dále je pozornost věnována tématu inkluze a samotné specifikaci pozice asistenta pedagoga, jejímu vývoji a postavení v současném školském systému. Následně jsou zde prezentovány legislativní a kvalifikační předpoklady pro výkon tohoto povolání, činnosti a předpoklady osobnostní. Empirická část je věnována výzkumnému šetření, jehož cílem je získat a následně analyzovat informace od asis-tentů pedagoga, pedagogů a také rodičů, s cílem specifikovat kompetence asistenta při vzdě-lávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami, a prioritně zjistit úroveň a kvalitu spolu-práce mezi asistentem pedagoga a učitelem. Abstract The work is focused on the questions of a teacher's assistant and his competence. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the historical de-velopment of the Czech system of schools, the current education system and the strategy for the development of education. Further attention is paid to the topic of inclusion and the speci-fication of a teacher's assistant position, its development and status in the current education system. Subsequently, there are presented the legislative requirements and qualification for the exercise of this profession, the personality activities and predispositions. The empirical part is devoted to the research work, aim of which is to acquire and thereafter to analyse in-formations from teacher's assistants, teachers and also parents, with a view to specify the competence of the assistant in education of pupils with special educational needs, and to iden-tify as a matter of priority the level and quality of cooperation between teacher's assistant and teacher.
