Ved. práce Alena Charvátová Abstract Cílem této závěrečné práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků a využití diagnostických a terapeutických metod u pacientů s diagnózou cévní mozkové příhody. Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Obecná část obsahuje anatomii a fyziologii nervového systému, rozdělení cévních mozkových příhod podle příčiny, příznaků a věnuje se moderním způsobům jejich diagnostiky a léčby. Druhá část popisuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody používané ve fyzioterapii jak v subakutní tak i chronické fázi cévní mozkové příhody včetně ergoterapie, logopedie a sociální problematiky. The aim of this thesis is processing the theoretical knowledge and the use of diagnostic and physiotherapy techniques in patients with a diagnosis of stroke. The work is divided into general and special parts. The general part contains the anatomy of the blood supply to the brain and its pathophysiology, division of cerebral vascular accidents by causes, symptoms and focuses on modern methods of diagnosis and treatment. The second part describes investigative and therapeutic methods used in physiotherapy in both subacute and chronic phase of stroke, including occupational therapy, speech therapy and social issues.
