Cílem práce je přiblížení politických souvislostí vzniku tohoto historicky významného dokumentu. První kapitola je stručně věnována významným událostem americké revoluce a následnému vyhlášení nezávislosti. Druhá kapitola nám představí vznik konfederačního zřízení a jeho neúspěch. Třetí kapitola sleduje další vývoj od prvních neformálních jednání přes Annapoliský sněm. Čtvrtá kapitola se již zabývá primárním tématem této bakalářské práce Filadelfským ústavodárným shromážděním od Virginského plánu po ústupek v podobě listiny práv, kdy cílem této kapitoly bude prezentovat nelehkou cestu delegátů k nalezení kompromisů vedoucích ke vzniku Ústavy USA. Pátá kapitola se zabývá důvody, které vedli k rozdělení moci, a závěrečná kapitola se věnuje možnostem doplňování ústavy. The theme of this thesis is the creation of the US Constitution. The goal is to approximate the political contexts of this historically important document. The first chapter is devoted to a brief major events of the American Revolution and the subsequent declaration of independence. The second chapter introduces us to the formation of the Confederate establishment and its failure. The third chapter follows the further development of the first informal negotiations through the Annapolis gathering. The fourth chapter is concerned with the primary topic of this thesis Philadelphia Constituent Assembly from the Virginia plan after the concession in the form of a Bill of Rights, the main goal of this chapter will present the difficult path of delegates to find a compromise leading to the creation of the US Constitution. The fifth chapter deals with the reasons that led to the separation of power, and the final chapter is devoted to the replenishment capabilities of the Constitution. Another responsib.
