V teoretické části práce se zaměřujeme na faktory ovlivňující návrat žen po mateřské či rodičovské dovolené na trh práce. Dále se seznamujeme s legislativou této problematiky a s pojmy souvisejícími s mateřstvím. Cílem závěrečné práce je zjistit adaptabilitu žen odloučených delší období z pracovního prostředí a způsob jakým žena po rodičovské dovolené sladí rodinný a pracovní život. V praktické části interpretujeme výsledná zjištění našeho výzkumného šetření. Bachelor thesis discusses the issue of the return of women after parental leave to the labour market. In the theoretical part of the thesis we focus on factors affecting women's return after maternity or parental leave to the labour market. Furthermore, getting acquainted with the legislation of this issue and with the concepts related to motherhood. The aim of the final thesis is to find out the adaptability of women separated longer period of the working environment and the way the woman after parental leave shall harmonise family and professional working life.
