Strojírenská, a. s. a Prodeco, a. s. V České republice podléhá proces fúze zákonu č. 125/2008 Sb., o přeměnách obchodních společností a družstev. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy vztahující se k tématu fúze. V praktické části jsou představeny zúčastněné společnosti, analýza jejich hospodaření před realizací fúze a stěžejní částí je samotná analýza fúze a změny v rozvaze, ke kterým v jejím důsledku došlo. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení změn v rozvaze. The thesis "Merger (acquisition) and its projection in the balance sheet" deals with the merger of capital companies SD 1. Strojírenská, a. s. and Prodeco, a. s. In the Czech Republic the process of merger is subject to the law No. 125/2008 Coll., about transformations of companies and cooperatives. In the theoretic part there are described basic terms, which refer to the merger. In the practical part there are presented interested companies, their economic analysis before the merger realization and key part is the analysis of the merger and changes in the balance sheet, that have resulted from them.
