Ve své první, teoretické části se zaměřuje na charakteristiku cílové skupiny, vymezuje pojem autonomie, rodina a rozebírá aktuální situaci seniorů v České republice. Dále se zabývá pobytovými službami a specifikuje vybrané pomáhající profese. V analytické části popisuje výsledky šetření a přibližuje relevantní výzkumy. Zvolena byla kvalitativní strategie výzkumu, metodou sběru dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory, jako doplňková metoda byla analýza vybraných dokumentů zařízení. V závěru práce jsou výsledky zformulovány a jsou uvedena doporučení. The Bachelor thesis focuses on autonomy of clients from the perspective of clients and social workers in the residential institution. The theoretical part of thesis focuses on the characteristics of the target group, defines the concept of autonomy and the family institution. This part also analyzes the current situation of seniors in the Czech Republic, the residential social services and also specifies the selected helping professions. The analytical part describes the results of the research and gives information about relevant researches. The thesis uses qualitative research strategy, method of data collection concretely in-depth-interviews. Supplementary method was analysis of selected documents of the residential insitution.
