Nejprve bude snahou práce potvrdit či vyvrátit závislost vývoje ceny akcií těchto dvou bank. Pomocí matematicko-statistických výpočtů zjistím možnou závislost, resp. nezávislost. Dále se v práci zaměřuji na analýzu vývoje akcií pomocí ukazatelů rentability a ukazatelů tržní hodnoty, které jsou známé také jako ukazatele kapitálového trhu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuté výsledky výpočtů a jsou zde nastíněné faktory působící na vývoj akcií, očekávané trendy v dalším vývoji akcií těchto bank do budoucna a případná doporučení. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of "Analysis of the share development of the Erste group bank and the Comercial bank". Firstly the thesis attempts to prove or disprove the dependence of the share development of these two banks. By using mathematicaly-statisical methods, a possible dependency of shares is calculated. The thesis is further aimed at the analysis of the develepment of shares, by using indicators of rentability and indicators of the market value which are also known as the indicators of the capital market. In the conclusion the thesis summarizes the results of the calculations, outlines the factors impacting the share development and it shows some anticipation of trends in the share development of these banks for the future as well as some possible suggestions.
