V teoretické části je proveden popis organizace a financování systému zdravotnictví v České republice. Praktická část je zaměřena na vlastní analýzu zdravotního stavu obyvatel v Ústeckém kraji při využití vybraných demografických a zdravotnických ukazatelů a dále analýzu poskytované zdravotní péče z hlediska kapacit pro poskytování jednotlivých zdravotních služeb. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků zjištěných v rámci uvedených analýz a návrh doporučení pro další rozvoj zdravotních služeb zaměřený na zlepšení zdravotního stavu obyvatel Ústeckého kraje. The thesis is focused to provide a comprehensive view on providing health care in the Usti region. It is based on selected health and demographic indicators to analyze the specifics of this region in terms of the health status of the population, identify key problems and propose possible solutions. I describe the organization and financing of the health system in the Czech Republic in the theoretical part. The practical part is focused on the health status analysis of the Ústí region population in the use of selected demographic and health indicators. There is an analysis of health care capacity too. An assessment of the results and recommendations for further development of health services focused on improving the health status of the population of the Ústí Region is provided in the conclusion.
