V případě výskytu zjistit, o jaké formy nežádoucího chování se jedná a zda se případná oběť umí proti tomuto jednání bránit. Z důvodu tohoto specifického tématu je ke zmapování výskytu mobbingu a bossingu stanovena kvantitativní výzkumná strategie, kde je výzkumným nástrojem zvolen dotazník. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis patologických vztahů na různých pracovištích, charakteristiku sociální skupiny, popis komunikace, agrese, šikany, charakteristiku mobbingu a bossingu. Praktickým přínosem je získání aktuálních dat uvedeného šetření a při nespokojenosti zaměstnanců s nimi možné upozornění odpovědných vedoucích zaměstnanců na výskyt nežádoucích jevů v těchto organizacích. The aim of this thesis is to map the occurence of mobbing and bossing at various workplaces. In the case of occurence to find out what forms of undesirable behavior are concerning and whether some victim is able to defend against such behavior. Due to this specific topic, the quantitative research strategy have to be assessed to map the occurence of mobbing and bossing, where the questionnaire is chosen to play the role of research tool. The theoretical part is focused on description pathological relations at various workplaces, charakteristic social group, description of communication, aggression, bullying, charakteristics of mobbing and bossing. The practical benefit is collecting current data of investigation and employees dissatisfaction with them. And the occurrence of undesirable phenomens of these organisations could be announced by responsible chiefs of the staff. Another responsib.
