Člení se na tyto části: Úvod, kde zdůvodňuji výběr tématu. Teoretická východiska práce - obecná a speciální část. V obecné části stručně popisuji motorický systém, seznamuji s historií, diagnostikou, dělením, etiologií a léčbou dětské mozkové obrny. Ve speciální části pak rozepisuji jednotlivé koncepty a další speciální metody a možnosti rehabilitace v dětském i pozdějším věku. Hlavní část se věnuje vybranému pacientovi, kazuistice a rehabilitačnímu plánu. Další část - diskuse, zde píši o výsledcích své práce a poznatcích zjištěných v průběhu psaní práce. Poslední částí je závěr, popisuje splnění cílů a úkolů. A také jsem zde napsala své názory na rehabilitaci mozkové obrny v lázních a ambulantních zařízeních, kde jsem byla na praxi. This bachelor thesis is focused on physiotherapy in cerebral palsy - especially quadruparetic forms. It is divided into the following sections: The introduction, where I justify choice of the topic. The theoretical basis of the work - general and special parts. The general section briefly describes the motor system, introduces the history, diagnostics, division, etiology and treatment of cerebral palsy. In the special part I describe the con-cepts and other special methods and possibilities of rehabilitation in childhood and later life. The major part deals with a selected patient, casuistry and rehabilitation plan. Another part the discussion, here I wrote about the results of its work and comments identified during the course of writing work. The last part is the conclusion, describes the fulfillment goals and tasks. And I also described his views on rehabilitation of cerebral palsy in spas and clinics, in which I practiced.
