Úvodní část práce je koncipována především teoreticky. Obsahuje přehled literatury k danému tématu a metodologii diplomové práce. Další kapitoly obsahují vývoj zaměstnanosti v Plzeňském kraji, vývoj vybraných struktur zaměstnanosti daného území, analýzu zaměstnavatelů a také analýzu základních ukazatelů nezaměstnanosti, jejich vývoj a srovnání se sousedními příhraničními regiony. Analýza trhu práce Plzeňského kraje je prováděna prostřednictvím časové a prostorové komparace. Závěr práce je věnován prezentaci zjištění na základě zpracovávaných dat a dalšímu možnému vývoji kraje z hlediska trhu práce. Plzeňský kraj je ekonomicky dobře fungujícím územím s více méně nezměněnou strukturou trhu práce za posledních dvacet let. The aim of the theses is to analyze the major aspects of the labour market in the Pilsen Region. The introductory part of the work is conceived primarily in theory. Provides an overview of the literature on the subjekt and metodology of the theses. Other chapters include the evolution of employment in the Pilsen Region, the development of selectečd structures of employment in the territory, the analysis of employers and also the analysis of the basic indicators of unemployment, their development and comparison with neighbouring border regions. The analysis of the labour market of the Pilsen Region is implemented through temporal and spatial comparison. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the presentation of fadings based on the processed data ant further possible developments in the region in terms of the labour market. The Pilsen Region is economically well functioning territory with more or less unchanged structure of the labour market in the last twenty years. Another responsib.
