Pro tuto práci byla vybrána konkrétní stavební firma UniWel Stavby spol. s. r. o. V dané práci jsem zpracovala teoretické vymezení základních pojmů a metod, které s daným tématem souvisí. Dále jsem vypracovala charakteristiku analyzované stavební firmy, kde jsem uvedla nejen popis její činnosti, ale mimo jiné jsem vypracovala SWOT analýzu a finanční analýzu společnosti. V další části jsem provedla analýzu konkurenčního prostředí v okrese Teplice, kde jsem uvedla největší konkurenty dané stavební firmy. V závěru práce jsem pak vypracovala návrh na zlepšení její konkurenceschopnosti. The main intention of this bachelor´s thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of a construction company, particularly in the district of Teplice, and to determinate its position in the market. For the aim of this thesis the construction company UniWel STAVBY spol. s. r. o. was chosen. In my work I elaborated a theoretical specification of basic concepts and methods that are related to the topic. I also drew up characteristics of the analyzed construction company. I specified not only a description of its activities, but among other things I worked out a SWOT analysis and financial analysis of the company. In the next section, I analyzed the competitive environment in the district of Teplice, where I cited the biggest competitors of the analyzed construction company.
