V teoretické části sleduji především úlohu a hlavní cíl controllingu u podnikatelského subjektu a poté se zabývám pozicí controllera ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Důležitou součástí mé práce je i aplikace metody DRG ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Sledovala jsem metody oddělení controllingu, které jsou používané pro řízení nákladů ve zdravotnickém zařízení, například analýza odchylek. Dle těchto činností jsem zhodnotila celkových chod a efektivnost řízení nákladů ve sledovaném zdravotnickém zařízení. The main topic and the goal of my bachelor thesis is "The analysis of controlling use in medical facilities to tracking of the departmental output to control costs". The theoretical part focuses mainly on the role and the main goal of controlling in a business entity and then I deal with the position of controller in a medical facility. An important part of my work is the application of method DRG in a medical facility. I focused on the methods of controlling which are used for cost control in medical facility, for example analysis of variance. According to these activities I evaluated the total operation and efficiency of cost management in the monitoring of medical facility. Another responsib.
