V obecné části jsem se zaměřila na anatomický popis páteře a přilehlých struktur ( vazy, svaly ) a na definici transverzální léze míšní. Ve speciální části jsem poté popsala jednotlivé sporty pro vozíčkáře. Ke každému sportu jsem napsala stručnou historii, a poté, čím se odlišuje od sportu pro zdravé jedince. V poslední části jsem se věnovala práci s klientem, kde jsem prakticky využívala rehabilitační postupy. Mými úkoly k napsání této práce bylo prostudování odborné literatury, výběr vhodného klienta, vstupní a výstupní vyšetření klienta s návrhem krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a zlepšení stavu pacienta. My work is focused on sport and physical activities of wheelchair users. In the general part I focused on the anatomical description of the spine and the adjacent structures ( ligaments, muscles ) and on the definition of transverse spinal lesion. In the special part I desbribed sports for wheelchair users. To the each sport I wrote a brief history and then I wrote the differences between this sport for wheelchair users and for healhy people. In the latest part I focussed on doing a therapy with my client, where I practically used rehabilitation procedures. My tasks for writing this work was studying a professional literature, selection a suitable client, introductory and final physical examination of my client with a draft of short and long-term rehabilitation plan and a improvement helth of my client.
