Uvedená práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny stěžejní pojmy zkoumané problematiky. Jsou zde objasněny hlavně pojmy, tělesné postižení, příspěvek na péči, handicap a rehabilitace. V praktické části je popsán cíl práce, kterým je využití příspěvku na péči u dětí s tělesným postižením a komparace se stanovenými podmínkami nároku na dávku příspěvek na péči dle zákona č.108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Poté jsou v této části formulovány hypotézy, ustanoven výzkumný vzorek, popsána výzkumná metoda, kterou je kvantitativní výzkum. Dále je charakterizována dotazníková metoda, pomocí které jsou získávány odpovědi na dané dotazy. Bachelor thesis focuses on the use of the allowance for the care of children with disabilities. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section explains the fundamental concepts of the issues examined. There are explained the main concepts, disability, care allowance, disability and rehabilitation. The practical part describes the objective, which is the use of the care allowance for children with disabilities and comparison with the conditions laid down for entitlement to benefits care allowance under the Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On social services. Then this section formulates the hypothesis, establishes the research group, describes the research method, which is a quantitative research.
