V teoretické části definujeme stáří a stárnutí, osobnost seniora, aktivizační pohybové programy. V prak-tické části se zabýváme porovnáním účasti klientů v aktivizačních pohybových programech ve vztahu k aktuální kvalitě kognitivních funkcí a porovnáváním účasti klientů v aktivizačních pohybových programech ve vztahu ke změně profilu nálad. The Bachelor thesis " Activation motion programmes of Home for the Aged in Dobětice and their effect on mood changes" deals with the issue of physical activities of elderly citizens. In the theoretical part we define the old age and aging, a senior personality and activation motion programmes. The practical part deals with comparing the participa-tion of clients in these programmes with the current quality of their cognitive functions and with comparing the participation of clients in activation motion programmes in the relation to the change of their mood profile.
