Využívá přitom zápisů nejstarších dvou knih testamentů z let 1549-1595 a 1617-1708, testamenty zapsané do knih radních protokolů z let 1662-1707 a spisového materiálu. Důraz je kladen na diplomatický a paleografický rozbor knih testamentů, formální rozbor posledních vůlí, testamentární praxi, studium rodinných vztahů a veřejně prospěšných odkazů. Zajímavá zjištění přináší exkurz k osobě měšťanky Anny Huňaté a fungování jí vytvořené nadace zejména ve druhé polovině 17. století. This thesis deals with last wills and testaments of inhabitans of the royal town of Nymburk in between years 1549-1708. Main archival sources were two oldest municipal books of last wills and testaments from years 1549-1595 and 1617-1708, of last wills and testaments written in the books of town council from 1662-1707 and those kept in files. Consideration is given to diplomatic and paleographic analysis of the books, types of last wills and testaments, main phases of testamentary procedure, analysis of family relations and charitable legacies. Interesting finding brings the exkursion to the person of Anna Huňatá and a trust established by her for charitable purposes and its functioning in the second half of the 17th century.
