Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky o mosazi. Další část práce je zaměřena na výrobní proces, kterým mosaz od svého odlití až po konečný výrobek prochází. Jednotlivé technologie jsou pak podrobněji popsány. Praktická část práce je zahájena analýzou současného stavu, dále pak převzetím vsázkového materiálu a tvorbou zkušebních vzorků. Na základě výsledků makro a mikrostruktury byla následně identifikována vada ve formě trhliny, která obsahovala nekovové uhlíkové fáze. Následně byla provedena fraktografická analýza za účelem porovnání vlivu chemického složení a mikrostruktury na tvorbu a šíření lomové plochy. Ke zjištění původu uhlíku byl proveden chemický rozbor u jednotlivých složek vsázkového materiálu. This thesis deals with the manufacture of sheet brass band CuZn30. The theoretical part focuses on theoretical knowledge of brass. Another part is focused on the production process, which by its brass casting to the final product goes through. Individual technologies are then described in detail. The practical part of the thesis, is started by the current state, then by taking a batch materials and the creation of test samples. Based on the results of macro-and microstructure was subsequently identified defect in the form of cracks, which contained the metallic carbon phase. Subsequently fractographic analysis was performed to compare the influence of composition and microstructure on the formation and spreading of the fracture surface.
