Podílí se z významné části na vývoji hospodářské situace dané firmy a díky tomu je stav logistiky obrazem ekonomické situace, prosperity a úrovně podniku. Z obsahu a role logistiky vyplývá nutnost koordinace jednotlivých procesů a vyplývajících úkolů mezi různými organizacemi a službami, které řeší materiálně-technické zabezpečení. Největší podíl na tomto ukazateli mají firmy. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza logistiky firmy Feroplast spol. s r. o. a snížení nákladů firmy na oblast logistiky při zachování, či zvýšení její kvality.
