Práce obsahuje teoretické vymezení základních pojmů, popisuje kulturní situaci ve městě Ústí nad Labem. Dále jsou zde představeny jednotlivé kulturní instituce, které v tomto období působí v Ústí nad Labem, následně je uvedeno jejich financování z rozpočtu města Ústí nad Labem. Práce obsahuje mnoho grafů, které znázorňují vývoj financování kultury v letech 20082014, ale i rozdělení celkové částky určené na kulturu v jednotlivých letech podle kulturních oblastí. This work is about financing of the culture by the statutory city Ústí nad Labem in years 20082014. Thesis contains a teoretical definition of basics concepts and subscibes the cultural situation in Ústí nad Labem. Followed by introduce various cultural institutions in this period working in Ústí nad Labem, then the latter's funding from the budget of the city of Usti nad Labem. The work contains many charts that show the development of financing culture in the years 20082014 , but also the distribution of the total amount earmarked for culture in each year according to cultural areas.
