Práce je rozdělena na tři hlavní témata: Etika, Veganství a zdraví, Ochrana životního prostředí. Jsou zde popsány ideje veganství a poodhaleny krutosti velkochovů. Práce popisuje vliv rostlinné stravy na zdraví člověka, její úskalí i mnohé výhody. Je zde také popis vztahu mezi výživou a životním prostředím a porovnání konvenční a veganské stravy ve vztahu k životnímu prostředí. This bachelor thesis presents veganism like a diet, a way of life and like a solution of many problems. The thesis is divided into three main themes: Ethics, Veganism and health, Protection of the environment. There are described ideas of veganism and shown the cruelty of factory farming. The thesis describes effect of plant-based diet on human health, its pitfalls many advantages as well. There is description of the relationship between nutrition and environment and comparing conventional and vegan diet in relation to the environment. Another responsib.
