Práce je členěna na tři části. První část obsahuje problematiku důchodové reformy v České republice včetně vymezení systému důchodového pojištění v kontextu třípilířové struktury. Druhá část pojednává o třípilířové struktuře důchodového systému Spojených států amerických. Součástí je také mezinárodní smlouva o sociálním zabezpečení uzavřená mezi Spojenými státy a Českou republikou. Třetí část obsahuje praktický příklad na výpočet důchodu autora v důchodových systémech obou zmíněných států. The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of pension reform, evaluation of the impact of tax and financial aspects and compares the pension system of the Czech Republic with the United States of America. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part includes the issue of pension reform in the Czech Republic, including the definition of a pension scheme in the context of a three-pillar structure. The second part deals with the three-pillar structure of the pension system of the United States of America. Also included is an international agreement on social security between the United States and the Czech Republic. The third section provides a practical example of the calculation of the author?s pension in the pension systems of both these states. Another responsib.
