Note Ved. práce Dita Štyvarová Abstract Bakalářská práce s názvem Alternativní trest obecně prospěšných prací? má za cíl zjistit, jak hodnotí trest obecně prospěšných prací samotní poskytovatelé míst pro výkon trestu ve městě Chomutově a jeho okolí. V první části se zaměřuji na teoretické ukotvení této problematiky. Dále jsem se zaměřila na kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém se snažím zjistit postoj poskytovatelů míst pro výkon trestu obecně prospěšných prací a další aspekty, které tento postoj ovlivňují. Pro sběr dat jsem si vybrala techniku polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. The bachelor thesis with the title ?Alternative sentence of community service? has aimed to determine how the providers of place for execution of punishment in Chomutov and it´s neighborhood rates the sentence of community service. In the first part I focus on theoretical point of this issue. Then I focused on the qualitative research in which I try to determine an attitude of the providers of place for execution of punishment and other aspects, which this attitudes influence.
