K analýze byla použita příslušná data dostupná na celní správě v Ústí nad Labem, v odborném služebním časopisu Clo ? Douane, a také velké množství dat, informací, výročních zpráv, statistik, tiskových zpráv a dalších hodnotných poznatků dostupných na internetových stránkách celní správy. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku spotřebních daní a ochrany duševního vlastnictví. The aim of this diploma thesis titled ?The Czech customs office and violation of customs regulations, the crimes affecting the customs issues? is evaluation of success rate of the customs administration during the detection of offences and crimes. For the analyze were used the data available on the customs administration in Ústí nad Labem, in a professional journal Customs ? Douane and also amount of data, information, annual reports, statistics, press releases and other valuable knowledge available on the website of the customs administration.
