Dále jsou v ní rozebrány alternativní a obnovitelné zdroje energie a její následné možnosti efektivního využití. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na ekonomickou teorii v oblasti investic, obnovitelné zdroje energie, definici aktivního domu a pohled do budoucna v oblasti elektromobility. V praktické části je řešena návratnost investice do aktivního domu porovnáním s domem nízkoenergetickým a současně využití elektromobilu jako hlavního spotřebiče. V této práci jsem došel k přibližné době návratnosti investice do aktivního domu a možnostem využití přebytečné energie, kterou aktivní dům vyrobí. V závěru jsem zmínil také využití a rozšíření alternativních paliv pro automobily. The thesis is focused on the low-energy construction and future in this field. It deals with renewable energy sources. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the economic theory of investment The work deals with the active house and electric cars. It also addresses the future of the industry. Practical part is solved by the return invetment to active house and Elektriccar use as the main appliance. In this work, I came to the approximate time of return of investment in active house and possibilities of utilization of excess energy.
