Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se dále dělí na obecnou a speciální. V obecné části najdeme vysvětlení, co to vlastně je DS, jeho historii, typické znaky, přidružené vady, ale i popis základních vyšetření, provádějících se v těhotenství. Dále je zde popsán vývoj dítěte s DS až do dospělosti. Ve speciální části jsou vysvětleny pojmy rehabilitace, ergoterapie a další metody, jež se mohou u osob se zmíněným syndromem využívat. Hlavní - praktická část obsahuje anamnézu a praktická vyšetření klienta (vstupní a výstupní). Dále jsou zde diagnostikovány problémové oblasti, podle kterých je navržen krátkodobý a dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán. Z těch poté vychází i samotná práce s klientem. My jsme se zaměřili především na problémové činnosti v oblastech instrumentálních denních činností, dle priorit klienta. This thesis examines the use of occupational therapy in persons with Down syndrome. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is further divided into general and special. In the general section for an explanation of what it actually is DS , its history, typical signs associated defects , but as a description of basic examinations , performing in pregnancy . Further the development of children with DS to adulthood. In a special section explains the concepts of rehabilitation, occupational therapy and other methods that may be in persons with DS use . The main part includes a medical history and practical examination of the client (input and output). There are also diagnosed the problem areas, according to which the proposed short-term and long-term occupational therapy plan . Of those then based itself works with the client. We have focused primarily on problem areas of instrumental activities of daily activities according to the priorities of the client. Another responsib.
